Starting his professional career in corporate America for AT&T, Tom Shipley decided to quit his job after his wife, Pam, became pregnant with their first child to pursue his entrepreneurial dream. He started in consulting which led to his first ECOM startup 20 years ago in an untapped niche-market, the T.Shipley Catalog, which he grew to over $10M. He has 2 daughters and lives in New Jersey with his wife Pam where they are currently working on their next startup which is all about impact.
