Sec. of Defense Hegseth is reviving his push to punish Arizona Sen. Mark Kelly over "illegal orders,” appealing a judge’s previous order that Kelly is not to be punished. Kelly responded on X that “These guys don’t know when to quit.” The Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), Article 92, defines illegal orders as any that violate the US Constitution, US laws, or laws of war, so a precedent exists.
