Send in a question or feedback! Jennifer Castellanos is currently the Brand Partnerships and Community Manager at Chillhouse, one of my favorite brands, but she didn't start in the beauty industry. Jenn is the definition of "where there is a will, there is way." After getting her masters at Columbia University in Psychology and starting a career in teaching, Jenn discovered her creative passion for branding and social media. Despite all of the stigma around not only changing careers and interning later in life, Jenn decided to quit teaching, work as a bottle service girl and intern at the hair care brand Amika.
