After her husband left, she committed to loving herself intentionally and fully through meditation, therapy, hiking and being a mom. She found that daily blogging and showing up authentically helped her process her journey and soon she had a following of women who read her blog everyday as well. She now is a life coach who helps other women through infidelity and divorce!
