The mind can become active in the quiet, and patterns can begin to repeat themselves without rest. But I will not allow my thoughts to lead me—I bring them under Your authority. Your Word tells me that I can take every thought captive, and I do that now. I do not entertain what brings anxiety. I do not give space to what brings fear. I bring every thought into alignment with You. So I take control in this moment. I interrupt every pattern that is not from You. I refuse to let my mind drift into worry or confusion. I place every thought under Your authority right now. Jesus, steady my mind. Establish peace within me. Let every restless thought slow down. Let every anxious pattern be broken. Fix my focus on You and make my mind stable. You promise perfect peace when the mind is fixed on You. So I choose that now. I shift my thinking. I rest my mind in Your presence. Jesús, toma control de mis pensamientos y lléname con Tu paz perfecta ahora mismo. Jesus, toma conta dos meus pensamentos e enche-me com a Tua paz perfeita agora From São Paulo to Manila, from New York to Barcelona, across every place where minds are unsettled in this hour, You are present. You bring order. You restore calm. So I release every thought. I trust You completely. I rest my mind in Your peace. In Your name, Jesus, my mind is at peace.
