We can be hard on ourselves, noticing the things we didn’t finish or the moments we wish had gone differently. Yet God sees this day through different eyes. Before this evening moves on, let’s pause together and remember that His grace has been with us in every moment, including the ones we barely noticed. Scripture (NIV) “But he said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.’ Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.” — 2 Corinthians 12:9 Heavenly Father, thank You that Your grace has carried us through this day. Thank You that we do not have to earn Your love or prove our worth before You. Where we feel weak, remind us that Your strength is never diminished. Where we feel disappointed, help us to receive Your kindness instead of condemning ourselves. Let Your peace settle over our hearts this evening, and teach us to rest in the confidence that Your grace is sufficient for today and will still be sufficient for tomorrow. Fear will not win, because the grace of God is greater than every weakness we bring to Him. May the Lord surround you with His grace this evening, strengthen your heart and fill you with the quiet assurance of His faithful love.
