By the middle of the day, it is often here that we begin to feel the weight of everything we have been carrying. Energy can start to fade, unanswered questions may still remain and responsibilities can seem heavier than they did this morning. Perhaps you have already faced disappointment, unexpected pressure or moments that have tested your patience. Yet this is exactly where God’s grace meets us—not only when life feels easy, but especially when we recognise our need for Him. His grace is never exhausted, His strength never diminished and His love never withheld from those who come to Him with open hearts. 2 Corinthians 12:9 (NIV) “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Heavenly Father, thank You that Your grace is always greater than our weakness and Your strength is always greater than our limitations. Lord Jesus, when we begin to feel weary or overwhelmed, remind us that we were never called to carry today’s burdens alone. Holy Spirit, renew our hearts, steady our minds and breathe fresh courage into every step we still have to take. Help us not to become discouraged by our own limitations, but to discover that Your power shines most clearly when we depend completely upon You. Teach us to receive Your grace with thankful hearts and to continue this day with quiet confidence, knowing that You remain faithful in every circumstance. Today we declare that fear will not win, because the grace of God is more powerful than every weakness we experience. We choose to trust Your strength above our own, believing that You will sustain us, uphold us and complete the good work You have begun within us.
