#2: Determine What Drives You

Today's episode features Dr. Naja Martin, PT, DPT Throughout her nearly 20 year career, Naja, a native of Atlanta, Georgia, has demonstrated her passion for inpatient rehabilitation, working as a rehabilitation aide, physical therapist, quality coordinator and admissions liaison. Her extensive inpatient rehabilitation experience uniquely positions her to lead the charge of quality excellence from all perspectives. Naja has facilitated transitions in quality reporting, working jointly with nursing and therapy staff to experience success. She attended Georgia Southern University where she earned a bachelor's degree in kinesiology, majoring in exercise science with a minor in business administration.
