2: Sheldon's Story: Here for a Reason

In this episode, Megan speaks to Sheldon Beers. Sheldon is an amazing SoulCycle instructor, husband, dog lover and spirit junkie. Megan met Sheldon in Atlanta when they briefly taught at the same cycling studio and they have been friends ever since. In the conversation, Sheldon opens up about his experiences with depression, addiction, sexuality and essentially how he went from a failed suicide attempt to believing that he was alive for a bigger reason. Sheldon is someone who embodies the spirit of the "6 Feet Above" attitude by accepting his past and looking to the future with bravery and hope.
