Subdivisé en trois sous-régions (la rive gauche, la rive droite et l’Entre-Deux Mers) par des frontières naturelles (la Gironde, la Garonne et la Dordogne), ce terroir regorge d’appellations célèbres tel que les Haut-Medoc, les Sauternes, les Saint-Emilion etc… François Surget, œnologue , caviste et producteur, nous parle aujourd’hui de la rive gauche qui abrite de très grands châteaux de renommée internationale mais aussi des vins à découvrir, de grande qualité.
