20 Group legend Brent Carmichael on why dealers should rethink their business model

Brent Carmichael has been a 20 Group moderator, instructor and dealership consultant with NCM Associates for almost two decades, and is now practically synonymous with 20 Groups. So much so that in being introduced before one of his two sessions at the 2024 BHPH United Summit in Las Vegas this spring, he was described as an “industry legend.” During that event, Carmichael sat down with Auto Remarketing associate editor Andrew Friedlander on the Auto Remarketing Podcast, sharing his thoughts on why dealers should take a hard look at their business model, how to recruit and retain service technicians and how dealers have improved during his long automotive career.
