20 lessons this decade has taught me

This is our first 20 list episode expect a few more! They will just be coming the very beginning of 2020 😂💛 I am so excited for our first guest episode of the year it will be coming right after our list of 20 seriesssss be ready ! This episode has so many gems and I hope you enjoy it. I share what made me commit to my healing and come back to myself , how I had to relearn how to meet myself with compassion many times! All these lessons made me think of other ones I have learned so there may be a bonus episode full of more lessons and maybe a few people will be featured 🤔😉 honestly a lot of these lessons can be used as affirmations and they are perfect to say while looking into the mirror.
