20. tough love + taking accountability

happy friday !!! today's episode is going to emphasize the importance of tough love with ourselves. life can get tricky and messy but it's important we recognize that we aren't perfect and there are so many opportunities to work on the parts of ourselves that we don't exactly love. i've had to show myself some tough love and come to the realization that i am not perfect and there are things in myself that i want to work on and develop. these past few weeks have been very eye opening for me and i have learned a lot about myself which helps me pass on valuable information to all of my amazing listeners!
