2014 Still Matters

This is one of those things that drives me A LOT crazy. The idea that the last quarter of the year is only about planning for the next year, and that's NOT TRUE. Yes planning is a BIG part of success and in a few weeks I'll talk about how I'm planning mine, in fact I talked last year about how I planned for 2014. That's not the only purpose of these last 3 months though, that planning should just make it EXTRA clear what you need to do for this year to wrap up successfully.
