很多身在职场的人也经常有各种各样的困惑，究竟什么才是好的工作？究竟怎么样才能把工作做得更好？在我看来，我们工作是为了活得更好，或者说得更高远一点，是活得充实，活得有理想，而不是自我折磨或者出卖自己的价值观和理想。而我们始终追求的，应当是给予生活实感的工作，不是过去工作在未来生活的无机延续。
