In the usual style of Sylvia's Dhamma sharing, the sutta is dissected and explained with particular attention to how one can apply in daily life what the Buddha had taught. The essence of the sutta is about "how one can live a fruitful, happy, harmonious and trouble-free life in society". In part one, Sylvia compared the differences between lay and monastic life; how one should uphold sīla; and how to discern friends, i.e., associating with the wise and not the foolish. In part two, managing harmonious relationships will be covered.
