The springboard of relationships with different parties first stems from a harmonious parent and child relationship and underlying all relationships are the mental states of generosity, respect, consideration and other wholesomeness without expectations from another; and in how one behaves and conducts oneself, the other corresponding party would reciprocate if they too, have the same mundane wisdom. This sutta fully explained in two parts by Sylvia, is a go-to Dhamma talk for all lay people to live a fruitful and joyous lay life.
