I am ego, and I have been contemplating the experience of my higher self, which I call high. When ego and high come together, they exchange experiences and become one again. By connecting with my higher self, I gain understanding of underlying truths. Following my gut feeling or intuition allows me to tap into the vibrational frequency of truth. This leads to making decisions that manifest my desired future path. However, if ego takes control and governs choices, we lose connection with our higher self's wisdom and limit ourselves to analytical thinking. In order to fully access the possibilities of life, it is important to stay in tune with our higher self rather than relying solely on ego's abilities.
