Winter is for resetting, resting, and building your body up for what's ahead, SPRING, when nature is truly ready to bloom and manifest. Therefore, we answered the following questions and drew in on the importance of each of those questions as you go through this year: "Who Are You? Where Are you Now? and Where do You Want to Be?" The main point of this conversation is awareness about you and your life and what you can do to constantly improve yourself. We are focused on the process this year, not so much results and outcomes.
