2023 Real Estate Market Forecast - Northern Colorado

What will the real estate market look like in 2023?  There are differing opinions as to what will happen, some are optimistic while some predict hard times ahead.  In this forecast, I use data from national sources as well as an annual report put out by Leed’s School of Business at University of Colorado in Boulder. They do a thorough evaluation of our local and national economies to give us an idea of what opportunities and/or headwinds lie ahead.  I integrate this information with other sources of data to help us see how the housing market might look in the year ahead.
