Lord Jesus, we come to You as the One who is meek and lowly in heart. We are not meek, Lord, but You are. And You are in us. We open to You. May we have the meekness of Christ. May we have Christ as our meekness today! Amen, those who are meek will inherit the earth! Amen! We believers in Christ have Christ as the meek One in our spirit, and when we live by the divine life, we will express the humanity of Christ and will have the meekness of Christ. To be meek is not to resist others when they oppose us but be willing to lose something in this age for the Lord's sake. It is only when we live by the divine life that we can be meek.
