We need to see that Christ died for us, the sinners, to be our Substitute on the cross. He was made sin for us. In His resurrection, He came into us as the Spirit who gives life to constitute us. On the negative side, we cooperate with Him to put to death the flesh, the self, the natural man. On the positive side, we're constituted with Him to live Christ! Lord Jesus, live in us today! Lord Jesus, shine on us and show us how much we still live in the natural man and in the self! Reconcile us further with God! Save us much more in Your life! Keep us open to Your reconciling work! Lord Jesus, we want to be identified with the crucified Christ so that we may be further reconciled to God and work togehter with God to carry out the ministry of reconciliation! Amen! We believers in Christ need to be further reconciled to God by being identified with the crucified Christ. When we let the cross operate in us to terminate our flesh and our natural man, we can be in God.
