Lord Jesus, we want to learn to live by the hidden life of our heavenly Father today! Amen, Lord, keep us in prayer before You, even praying in secret and doing things for You in secret, not in an outward way to get others' appreciation and glory! Amen! We believers in Christ need not only to learn to pray; we need to deal with the self and the flesh in our prayer by living by the Father's life in us. Our Father is hidden, His life is hidden, and Christ our life is hidden with Christ in God. So we learn to live by this hidden life, not making an outward display when we pray or do things for the Lord.
