from Enjoying Christ in His word · host a God-man in Christ

Lord Jesus, we want to pursue You as our surpassing righteousness! Hallelujah, God made Christ our righteousness when we repented and believed into Christ! Amen, Lord, we take You as our righteousness, and we want to let You be lived out of us as our subjective righteousness! Praise the Lord, Christ is our righteousness! Amen! We believers in Christ have Christ as our righteousness in two aspects: objectively, He's covering us as our righteousness before God when we believe into Christ, and subjectively, Christ is lived out of us as our subjective righteousness. We need both aspects in our daily living, and especially the subjective aspect. Lord Jesus, we take You as our life today. Live in us today. Be lived out in us as our subjective righteousness!
