203/365: Mandy Sarkis, Malahide, Co. Dublin

“Where are you from” is a loaded question for Mandy. She was brought up in so many places like London and Nigeria, her parents are from Lebanon. She’s spent her life moving, experiencing different worlds, different cultures. When it came time to have children, she found herself (and her husband) in Ireland.
