Today, I sit down to talk to Tasmanian Young Australian of the Year, Will Smith. Will is a part-time police officer that mainly works in the youth development space with his programs JCP and BEAST. As you'll hear, he has a massive passion for helping at-risk youth to find empowerment, generate new role models, spend time with more empowering people and to generate new leaders both for now and in the future.
