#206 Misbruik, mijn begrafenis & (zelf)moord met ayahuasca

Na 5 uur huilen hield het nog steeds niet op..Ik wist wel dat je met Ayahuasca (plaatmedicijn) oude shit zou loslaten, maar ik had nooit verwacht dat ik dit zou tegenkomen.Ik ging dit keer 2 avonden ayahuasca drinken met de groep. (1x eerder heb ik het 1 avond gedaan, luister hier de podcast) De eerste avond lag ik heerlijk (net als de overige 6 meiden) op mijn matrasje en voelde ik dat ik moest gaan dansen. Je hebt met ayahuasca geen controle over je mind. Dus als dit is wat je ingegeven wordt kun je beter luisteren. (Anders is de kans op spugen groot) Mijn handen en armen danste heen en weer en ik voelde mij bevrijd worden van de angst om mezelf helemaal te laten zien.
