Heather Foley Having suffered multiple concussions (traumatic brain injuries) and PTSD over a 20 year period, as well as living with Ehlers Danlos syndrome, Heather Foley discovered the ketogenic diet in 2010. It had massive benefits on both her mental and physical health, delivering a new level of emotional stability as well as relief from chronic pain. As a professional physiotherapist and holistic practitioner, Heather now spends her time studying and researching the ketogenic diet for mental health, in order to both empathise and support others on their journeys.
