Are you planning for the long term or what are your thoughts due to the Covid-19 & Should we coach differently women and men?  (April 15th, 2020 - 3:00 p.m. New York) We talked about what coaches think about the start of the season due to the Covid-19.  Are looking at long term plans? Are you just waiting to see what happens? etc.. Also we chatted about what some coaches think about coaches differently women and men. I personally believe that sometimes it is important to separate the practice and have the women trained separate than the men even if they do the same workout.  It helps both groups create their own identity and express themselves better.
