#21 Love, Light, and Jealousy

Angel Muffins!! It's been a while since I last posted and this episode is dedicated to honesty and spilling my guts about what's up for me in 2024. In the spiritual/ personal-development space, so often we focus on "light and love," and don't get me wrong, I love that shit. HOWEVER, the good only exists because so too does its shadow. And in my case, this shadow is showing up in the form of insecurity jealousy and overwhelm. I take some time to first, fill you in on what's up for me and then I transition into a 2023 reflection and a 2024 intention setting class. Holding you so tight in a though hug!
