#21 Maria Berggren: Om Arv Design og å bygge egen merkevare innen mote

I denne episoden hører vi fra Maria Berggren, gründer og daglig leder i ARV Design. ARV Design designer og selger i dag håndlagde skinnvesker produsert i Spania. Uten noe formell bakgrunn innenfor klesdesign eller -produksjon, startet Maria merket ARV i 2013. Med seg på laget hadde hun sin søster og svigersøster. De første årene fokuserte de på kåper, men i 2019 gikk de over til å kun designe skinnvesker. I dag selger de gjennom egen nettbutikk og omsetter for rundt 3 millioner årlig. I denne episoden snakker vi om hvordan de startet opp ARV, og gikk frem for å bygge en egen merkevare med kåper og skinnvesker. Maria deler åpent og genuint om reisen til å skape sin egen arbeidsplass, hvor hun både får utfolde seg kreativt og profesjonelt, og ha den fleksibiliteten hun ønsker i hverdagen.
