21 - Playful problem solving - What if there's a third way...?

A two-for-one episode! First, a little reminder to not fix routines and habits and systems that ain't broken. Trying to reinvent something that works is rarely the most efficient use of your time and this quote always reminds me of that. Secondly, a silly exercise for when you feel stuck thinking there are only two options and a very theatre improv-y example of how there might be... a third way.
