Bret has his Ph.D. in Sports Science from AUT University, Master's Degree from Arizona State University, and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist with Distinction from the National Strength & Conditioning  Association. Bret is the author of "Bodyweight Strength Training Anatomy," co-author of "Strong Curves" and Founder of "Booty by Bret."
