Listen to this one next time you need a pick me up, and send it to someone you care about who might need a reminder to see all of the wonderful things within themselves; and that we aren't defined by our failures.  A lot of social media is just a highlight reel. But that's not life. We all have bad workouts, bad days, bad seasons. We all drop the weight - whether that's in the gym or not.  It's not about our failures, it's about how we respond to them. Stop focusing on the inevitable failures, and start picking the weight back up!
