南韓「真相和解委員會」主委朴宣映昨（11）日在社群批評，台灣行政院官員臨時取消原訂會面，屬外交失禮，並點名政務委員林明昕及人權及轉型正義處長賴俊兆。林明昕辦公室今（12）回應，因行政院本部預算遭立院大幅刪減與凍結，各單位只能勉力支援原有業務，因此取消行程，事後已向委員會致歉並獲對方書面諒解，對於朴事後再公開批評一事感到意外。 -- Hosting provided by SoundOn
