Spirituality means different things to different people. For some it's inseparable from religious faith. For others it's entirely secular — a felt sense of connection to something larger, a recognition that the individual life is embedded in something that extends beyond it. For others still, it's a word that carries enough baggage from past experiences that it needs to be approached slowly.All of that is welcome here. And today we look at it as a strength.
