Dan Flack has been the Head Coach of Baylor School and Baylor Swim Club for the last 15 years. Baylor School is a leading private, boarding school in Chattanooga, Tennessee. They have had tremendous success under his leadership.  Growing up in Philadelphia, Coach Flack swam for Hall of Fame swim coach Dick Shoulberg at Germantown Academy.
