Dear Therapists, Whether it’s agency, group, or private practice- we all have experienced the stress of administrative tasks. Why didn’t grad school tell us that talking to clients is only about 50% of our work? The rest is documentation, phone calls, and case management- Oh My! Let’s be honest; we are not done with our clients when they leave our office. During today’s episode, we want to validate that you are not a bad therapist if you get your notes done a little late, can’t remember to get to that email and choose lunch over picking up the phone and talking to that other provider.
