With a long rambling journey as an adult in her professional career while learning spiritual tools for over 20 years (from meditation, to massage, Reiki, breath work, somatic trauma work, eft, shadow work, tarot, to hypnotherapy), she loves studying spiritual tools to get to the essence of who she is.
