Well, a Nolle Prosqui is Georgia's way of saying that they are dismissing the citation that means the prosecutors are no longer going to pursue prosecution of that particular crime whether it's a misdemeanor felony, what have you. And so if you receive something that says an order for Nolle Prosqui that is a dismissal in the eyes of the state of Georgia. So if you have questions with that you should contact either your attorney. If you have one obviously. Or you can always reach out to the court just confirm that is a dismissal. Chances are absolutely it is as long as the judges signed off on the order and it's file stamped.
