I am sharing vulnerably today as I have recently been triggered and sent into some deep wounds that I hadn't seen in a long time. Over the holidays wee are prone to being triggered by family, excess food, drama, alcohol, pressure, money and so many other factors. Old shit comes up, trauma wounds resurface and it's all an invitation to go deeper.   Seeker, you are doing great.
