We're back after a two week hiatus, and we soldier on with the Radkast 90s Summer! In the penultimate edition of the series, we revisit a film that was constantly in our Movie rotation when we were kids! It's the tale based on a comic strip about a well-meaning, rambunctious, and precocious child and his adventures terrorizing his elderly next door neighbor, with a terrifying, theving drifter thrown in for good measure!
