Add cisgendered and heterosexual to that as well. I challenge anyone to find 5 examples of someone who did not fit this demographic and had an easier process to get a job they weren't qualified. Affirmative action was engraved at the beginning of this country and maintained through things like the Homestead Act, all-White housing covenants, banking, and more.
