23-43 Observations while away

I’ve just returned from the UK and oh, what a trip it was! There’s truly nothing like spending quality time with family. My sister and brother were incredible hosts. Every meal with my sister felt like I was dining at a posh 5-star restaurant; she has this knack for making everything so fancy. My brother, on the other hand, had a more homely touch to his dishes, but equally delightful. While I was in the UK, amidst the joy and the familial bonding, the world outside was reeling. The violence between Israel and Gaza erupted, casting a shadow on the global landscape. The news was heart-wrenching, with images of destruction and the heartbreak of lost lives.
