Your feelings matter and you get to feel them, and you get to explore them in a safe environment.Acknowledging and understanding your feelings and thoughts can be of great benefit not only to yourself but to the space you can hold for your LGBTQIA+ child.You can show up for your child as you will have more capacity and more tools to be a safe place as their thoughts and feelings arrive and they navigate their own journey. I love it when Tracy says that the struggle is real and so is the love, which is of course where her book begins.
