23. Settled vs settling

Bit of a rant in the opener about the roller coaster of emotions we’ve been experiencing collectively lately so fast forward about 2 mins if you want to skip that lol, but give it a listen if you want your feelings validated. The meat of the episode chats about the notion behind feeling ‘settled’ (mostly happy, content, etc) versus ‘settling’ (anxious, craving more, even unhappy).
