The Women’s 5000m featured Lauren Ryan in 15:30, Paige Campbell in 15:36 then Ruby Smee in 15:58 and Caitlin Adams in 16:02. Stanford athlete Ky Robinson ran 27:47 in the 10000m, while Isaac Heyne ran 13:30 in the Men’s 5000m. Payton Jordan Results   Listener Question asks whether modern foams replace the need to run on grass and dirt to reduce impact on the body. The boys review New Balance 860v12, and go through the specs, features and design of the shoe, who its use meant for and how it’s used. Lululemon presents this week’s edition of training talk and goes into the ins and outs of drills and strides post run, going into their importance of why they should be done.  Moose then gets baffled by people jogging in their supershoes before frothing over the upcoming New Balance Supercomp Trainer.   Tickets will soon be available for the IRP Gold Coast Marathon Live Show presented by Pillar Performance to be held at the Southport RSL with patreon supporters granted early access and discount when the sale goes live.
