239. Creating your Client Success Criteria

When it comes to ensuring that you get your clients the result they signed up for, creating a client success criteria (CSC) for yourself is a great place to start.   This is something I talk about in Amplify and I think it's really important whether you're a program provider and coach or a service based business who provides something else to really think about this.   As a service provider and even a product based business, thinking about What experience you want your client to have & how do you reverse engineer it. What is the outcome that you've promised them? How are you going to ensure they get that outcome? How can you measure their success criteria?
