If we choose to neglect our needs and run on empty, thats what we are teaching our daughters to do. If we blow up in anger every day, thats what we teach our children in how to handle anger. If we want positive changes in our home, it starts with us. That includes taking care of your superficial and deep needs. We have tremendous impact on our family.
