The past few years have led to some pretty drastic global changes, and as a result college students are experiencing higher levels of stress compared to decades prior. As the expectations of college students escalate, and a competitive, uncertain job market post graduation looms, students are seeking ways to stay afloat under increasing academic pressure.  A recent study showed that at least 20 percent of college students self-report that they are consuming medications not prescribed to aid them in their studying.
